What We Do

SERVICES

  • Initial Intake Appointment

    Your first visit is a 60-minute comprehensive evaluation designed to understand your mental health history, current symptoms, and personal goals. During this appointment, we’ll take the time to listen, answer questions, and develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs.

  • Follow Up Appointment

    Follow-up visits (30-minute) provide ongoing support and help ensure your treatment plan continues to meet your needs. During this appointment, we’ll review your progress, discuss any changes in symptoms or life circumstances, and make adjustments to your medications or care plan as needed. Our goal is to help you feel stable, supported, and confident in your journey toward better mental health.
