Initial Intake Appointment

Your first visit is a 60-minute, in-depth conversation where we learn about your experiences, symptoms, and goals. We listen carefully and work with you to create a treatment plan that feels clear, supportive, and personalized.

Follow Up Appointment

During your 30-minute follow-up, we continue the work we began together β€” reviewing your progress, discussing any changes in your life, and adjusting your care plan or medications as needed. Our goal is to help you feel supported every step of the way.

Commercial Insurance:

We are currently finalizing contracts with several commercial insurance plans. Please check back soon for an updated list.

State & Federal Plans:

  • Medicaid

We are also in the process of contracting with state and federal plans. As soon as these are active, we will list them here.

Payment Options / Pricing Transparency

If we are not yet credentialed with your insurance or if you prefer to pay privately, we offer straightforward self-pay pricing:

Initial Intake Appointment: $250

Follow-Up Appointment: $125

A superbill can be provided upon request if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance plan.

If We Don’t Accept Your Insurance Yet

Don’t worry- you still have options.

We can:

Provide a superbill for you to request out-of-network reimbursement

Keep you updated as new insurance contracts become active
